Yeah... got mainframe (system used to check ppl's record) access today... so happy! no need to walk ard and use other ppl's mainframe alr... thanks a lot to gavin OIC (Officer-in-charge)! He's the only male OIC and he's very efficient! ^^ supposed to get the access yesterday but i typed my new pw with words in the dict... then sth went wrong i tink... then mee mee (my OIC) said need to reset pw and wait till next week then got access... nb... i like waited for 6 days then this access came...

Then gavin was the OIC today and he saw the form tt i signed yesterday to reset pw... Then he asked me which pw need to reset... then i told him and asked him when can i get... he said next week also... but after some time he actually got it done and i changed the pw and can use alr! ^^

Customer service sucks... i rather do something that's sian and repetitive... Even if u r pissed off or angry with the caller, u can't actually show that you r angry or pissed off or raise ur voice... but i did raise a little... There's this caller yesterday called and asked abt WIS... i keep telling her she's self-employed can't get cash payment and she keep asking whether can get cash anot... -.- fucking greedy one... and she actually called the 2nd time and i so suay got to ans her call... and she asked the same thing.. fuck... and i repeat the statement over n over again... with the 2nd time getting louder... keep explaining to her if she wants WIS, she can declare her income and make medisave contribution, but all the WIS will go into medisave... then after tt she asked " so can get cash anot?" -_____- this type of caller u will pray not to get...

Got another one dunno is stupid or stupid? he keep asking the qns in a cycle... and i said "yes correct" and he can't understand it... after hanging up, he called the 2nd time -.- and asked the qns again... knn... and i repeated again... stupid or stupid? choose one pls...

But got some really very gd and understanding... although i put him on hold for very long, he nv complain or wat but apologise to me somemore, saying that he troubled me... then i said i shld be the one saying sorry... put him on hold for so long... this type of caller shld get more... (: some is ask the date and i tell them the date and they say thank you and hang up... this type oso gd... straightforward... (:
